Engineered around your job, not the other way around

Every business that washes for a living has a different flow rate, a different pressure need, and a different job to automate. We spec, build, install, and test a machine around exactly that, nothing bolted on, nothing paid for that you won't use.

From your problem to a machine that solves it

No off-the-shelf guesswork. Every custom build goes through the same disciplined process before it ever reaches your site.

1

We ask questions

What are you cleaning, how often, and what's slowing the job down right now.

2

We plan the build

Flow, pressure, and components are mapped to the specific problem, not a catalog spec sheet.

3

We build it

Components are selected and assembled by our own technicians, in-house.

4

We install it

Our team handles the install. You're not left assembling or plumbing anything yourself.

5

We test it

Every plant is run and verified on-site before we consider the job done.

A station Dyne Fire Protection Labs couldn't find anywhere else

Dyne Fire Protection Labs, LLC, an NFPA Global Solutions™ company, independently tests fire sprinklers, firefighting foams, antifreeze solutions, and dry chemical agents so ITM providers and building owners can stay compliant with fire safety codes.

The problem

No two sprinkler nozzles test the same way, and Dyne has to test each one individually. They looked for a machine built for that job and couldn't find anyone selling one.

What we built

After a consultation to understand exactly what they needed to test and how, we designed and built a custom nozzle-testing station around their process.

The result

We installed the station, ran it, and tested it on-site. Dyne was satisfied with the result.

Field experience is the whole advantage

Anyone can sell a pump. Knowing which pump, running at what pressure, feeding what nozzle, for your specific job, that's the part that takes years in the field to get right.

Industry specialists, not order-takers

Our team has spent years building and servicing pressure equipment across job types most people never think about.

Built to the job, priced to the job

We never sell more machine than the problem requires, and we never cut a corner that shows up as a service call later.

Working when we leave, not just when we test

The goal isn't a working machine on install day. It's a machine that's still running exactly right a year in.

Positive change in your business, at the price it should cost

A custom power plant should pay for itself in the time and labor it takes off your team's plate. We build with that math in mind, not just a spec sheet.

Time back on the job

Automating the wash step means your crew is on to the next site instead of babysitting the wrong equipment.

Never overpay for capacity you don't need

We size the build to the job in front of you, not the biggest number on the price list.

Quality that isn't up for negotiation

Price gets tailored to the job. The build quality and component selection never does.

Tell us about the job. We'll tell you what it takes to solve it.

A short conversation is usually enough for us to start scoping the right build for your business.
