Installation & Fabrication — Since 1975

We do
installation.

We design and install pressure washer systems on-site: wash bays, custom trailers and skids, home shop setups. If it pumps, heats, or sprays water, we've probably built one, and we'll travel for the right project.

Wash Bay Installation

Every system,
built to work together.

Flow, pressure, temperature, and plumbing, planned on-site before anything gets installed.

High Pressure

Stainless Seamless Lines

High-pressure lines run in stainless steel seamless tubing for a system built to last.

Capacity

Multiple Wash Stations

Built for busy fleets that need more than one wash point running at once.

Airflow

Power Exhaust Venting

Low-pressure plumbing and venting designed around your building, not a generic layout.

Control

Wired or Wireless Remotes

Hands-free operation without walking back to a panel mid-wash.

Recovery

Wastewater Recycling

Systems built to capture and reuse water where it makes sense.

Protection

Curtains & Undercarriage Cleaners

Contain overspray and reach the parts a hand wand can't.

Custom Fabrication

If it doesn't have
a part number.

That's usually when it gets interesting. Custom trailers and skid units built to your exact specifications.

Build

Custom Trailers & Skids

Built to your exact specifications, down to paint matched to your fleet.

Materials

Stainless Wetted Parts

All-stainless construction for RO or DI water applications.

Fluids

Beyond Water

Systems built to pump and heat maple syrup, oil, liquid CO2, gasoline, antifreeze, even honey.

Scale

Parking Ramps to Train Cars

Trailers outfitted for jobs most shops won't take on.

Home Shop Setups

Man cave, pole barn,
or she shed.

The install works the same way. Right-sized equipment, mounted properly, ready to run.

Indoor Use

Wall-Mount Commercial Units

Run it year-round without fumes or noise complaints from the neighbors.

Hot Water

Water Heater Tie-In

Some cold-water electric models tie into your existing hot water heater for a deeper clean.

Reach

Foam Cannons & Flex Wands

The accessories that actually get used, not the ones that just sound good on a spec sheet.

Containment

Curtains & Hose Reels

Keep overspray contained and hoses off the floor.

How An Install Happens

Engineered on-site,
not off a template.

Every install starts the same way: someone actually looks at the space before anything gets designed.

SITE → DESIGN → INSTALL
01

Site visit & assessment

An American Pressure rep walks the space with you and talks through flow, pressure, and what you're actually trying to accomplish.

02

Custom design & fabrication

Systems get designed and, when needed, fabricated to the space, not pulled off a shelf.

03

Install & commissioning

Lines run, equipment mounted, system tested under real pressure before we call it done.

04

Service after the sale

Factory-trained techs and preventative maintenance plans keep it running after installation day.

Common Questions

Before you call.

Q.

Does American Pressure install pressure washer systems, or just sell equipment?

Both. Installation, design, and fabrication have been part of the business since 1975, alongside equipment and parts sales.

Q.

Do you only work on wash bays, or also custom equipment?

Both. Wash bay design and installation is a big part of what we do, but so is one-off fabrication: custom trailers, skid units, and equipment built around fluids other than water.

Q.

What areas do you install and service in?

The Twin Cities metro, all of Minnesota, and parts of Wisconsin and Iowa on a regular basis. Projects further out are handled case by case.

Q.

Can you help if I don't know what equipment I need yet?

Yes. Most projects start with a site visit or a phone call to talk through the space and the application before any equipment gets specified.

Q.

Do you service what you install?

Yes. Our factory-trained techs run fully stocked service vans and offer preventative maintenance plans after the install is done.
