Product Description
The Beckett Powerlight and its small size and lightweight design (approximately 1.1 lbs) make it easy to handle. It is vacuum encapsulated using a synthetic resin for moisture resistance, excellent heat dissipation, and electrical insulation. The case material is a high-temperature thermoplastic that offers high impact strength, scratch resistance, and protection against most chemicals. It can adapt to multiple baseplates, making it the most versatile unit available, and can fit on other vendors' transformer baseplates. The case design includes breakout sections at the rear and side for lead wire exit, as well as a hood for neat covering and protection of these wires where needed. This product is UL recognized in both the US and Canada and has a 20 kV peak rating for efficient ignition.
