Returns Policy
Any item that is ordered incorrectly or any item that is decided against must be returned within 30 days, in new uninstalled and unused condition, in order to receive a credit.
Returns are subject to a 10%-25% restock fee depending on the manufacturer in question. Payments made by credit card will be credited back on the original card, or you may place the credit in your account for use on your next orders. Payments made by check will be reimbursed by check once payment is received, or you may place the credit in your account for use on your next order. Credits will be less the original shipping charges and any restock fees, when applicable. All credits will be processed within 15 days after the product is returned.
All return items must be returned pre-paid, if they are sent freight collect those charges will be deducted from your available credit. Items that are not returned within 30 days from the original order date and special order items (items not listed on our website or in our catalog) are not returnable. We also accept returns at our shop in Robbinsdale, MN.
Oops! Any product mistakenly shipped to a customer is the property of American Pressure and must be returned, at no cost to the customer, within 15 days of written notification, written notification does include electronic transmission. American Pressure will organize necessary shipping or pick up of the product.
American Pressure Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world with the power of UPS. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Currently we are Flat Rate Shipping to the lower 48 states: Any order total between $25 - $99.99 is $15.00 shipping. Everything $100.00 and above is $4.00 flat rate. Puerto Rico / Virgin Islands shipping costs goes by weight.
We are open Monday - Friday. Online orders placed on the weekends ship out first thing Monday afternoon.
