Product knowledge isn't something you can fake for long in this industry. Our team has deep, hands-on expertise in pressure washing equipment, and that knowledge doesn't have an expiration date. We still support customers on machines we sold 20 or 30 years ago. If we don't immediately have the answer, we'll find it. That's a promise we've kept since day one.

We don't stock products just to fill shelves. Every brand we carry was chosen with purpose, evaluated for design quality, serviceability, longevity, warranty support, and real-world usability. We focus on value, not just price. When you buy from American Pressure, we want that investment to last.

Downtime costs money. That's why we maintain over 3,000 unique parts and more than 150 new machines in stock at all times. Even during the height of the pandemic, when supply chains were in chaos across every industry, we made it a priority to keep our shelves full. If we don't have it on hand, we'll get it to you fast.
Our Service Department Is the Real Deal
Being able to repair what we sell, and what others sell, is one of the things we're most proud of. Our newly remodeled shop gives our technicians the space and environment to do their best work. We perform the correct repair, not the most profitable one. After every job, customers receive a detailed breakdown of all work completed. No surprises, no runaround.
We Actually Listen
No two customers are the same. Some need a custom hose length. Some need a quote formatted a specific way. Some need a demo at an inconvenient time. We try to say yes as often as we can, because flexibility isn't an inconvenience to us, it's part of the job. The same goes for how we communicate: open accounts, paperless billing, credit cards, fast responses. We adapt to how you work, not the other way around.
We're Always Getting Better
We're never satisfied with good enough. That means constantly looking for better products, better processes, and better ways to serve our customers. If a smarter solution exists, we want to find it, even if that means changing something we've done for years.
