Scale can build up in your plumbing and heating coils, and this scale can lead to decreased performance and costly repairs. Scale will form as calcium, lime and iron separate from the water as it is heated. These minerals stick to the inner surfaces of the coil and metal fittings of the machine and will eventually clog the water passageways. We have a number of solutions to help with scale.
Scale Prevention is one. We offer inline cartridges that will treat hard water by suspending the minerals in the water so they don’t separate out when heated. This advanced blend is one of the best technologies because it is not corrosive like softened water, it doesn't need extra water and hundreds of pounds of salt like a softener, and it plumbs on the wall like a typical household filter. The cartridges are easy to monitor and change. We offer a 50,000 gallon and a 100,000 gallon size. In addition we offer a drop in treatment for your float tank that will reduce scale buildup for 20,000 gallons.
Scale Removal is another. Scale Away dissolves the mineral buildup in your pressure washers as it circulates through the coil and your pump.
