BEN HAGEMANN, CEO & General Manager Ben has been with American Pressure for over 24 years, in which time he has helped the company expand its capacity to create custom pressure washer solutions to fit the individual needs of every customer. Ben also dedicates some of his time to serving on the Cleaning Equipment Trade Association (CETA) Board of Directors and served as president of the organization. Sometimes he likes to sneak away to a movie theatre...or Utah. |

JOSIAH HAGEMANN, Vice President, Marketing Josiah has worked for American Pressure in various positions for over 15 years. He can often be found working on projects at American Pressure that involve testing and development of various equipment and machinery. Josiah has helped elevate the customer experience by ensuring American Pressure employees go above and beyond the expected, which starts with his own efforts at providing excellent service. He also pretty mean on the lanes, bowling a 300 recently and always a top competitor in yearly Vegas Tournaments. |

JONATHAN CONFELD, Chief Financial Officer / Sales Manager Jonathan is a great leader at American Pressure. His skills are put to use to help our company grow, thrive and operate well so we can provide the best value to our customers. His education, experience and accomplishments in finance and business management are a benefit to American Pressure and our customers everyday. Jonathan also tends to accounts payable and receivable. |

JIMMY WELCH, Vice President, Engineering Jimmy’s accomplishments/history could fill volumes. Currently he is Vice President of CETA, chairs the Technical Committee for the pressure washer industry and the Harmonization Committee for pressure washer safety standards. He has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of the cleaning equipment industry and is credited with numerous patents, and has designed many of the best pumps on the market today. Jimmy is working hard to improve all aspects of what American Pressure can offer you. |

CHRIS HARDIE, Purchasing /Operations Manager Chris is going on a decade at American Pressure where he puts his problem solving and management skills to work every day. Chris manages relationships with several vendors, keeping up with purchases of stock parts and accessories. He also uses his expertise to assist in sales and help field technical questions from customers either over the phone or in the shop. His previous management and delegating skills make Chris a real asset to our team and customers. When not on the phone you can find Hardie on the golf course or trying to bowl as good as Josiah. |

JOE JOHNSON, Service Manager Joe is responsible for overseeing the operations of the service department at American Pressure. Joe ensures that customers receive excellent services, including managing a team of service technicians, developing service strategies, coordinating service schedules and training staff. When he doesn't have a wrench in his hand he has a fishing pole or rifle as Joe loves the sportsman paradise the midwest life has to offer. He also plays hockey and softball when not hunting ducks or taking care of his sleuth wife and two kids. |

KEVIN NETZER, VP of Sales Development Kevin Netzer holds a degree from University of Florida and has experience in Human Resources and Operations Management as well as banking and retail. Kevin worked for Ultimate Washer Inc for 16 years, expanding sales on Amazon.com and Walmart.com. Kevin joins American Pressure passionate about utilizing industry relationships and his experience. Kevin enjoys outdoor activities and exploring new places to travel with his wife and two children. |

MIKE MAIN, Install Lead / Master Plumber / Chemical Deliveries In addition to building strong, lasting relationships with our customers, Mike uses his expertise to build custom trailer units, stacking and piping, as well as installing new machines. Mike’s been with American Pressure for over a decade and has a proven record of building to customers’ unique specifications. Prior to joining us, Mike worked as a licensed plumber for more than 40 years. Mike enjoys Twins games in the summer and complaining about the Vikings in the winter. |

ISAAC WILLIAMS, Inside & Outside Service Isaac is a joy to work with, he joined our operations department recently, and helps with testing, assembly, shipping and many other things that help American Pressure run smoothly. In addition to the wonderful work he does at American Pressure, Isaac is also an ordained pastor of the LCMS. He serves the people of Grace International as their pastor. |

CHRIS MAIN, Inside & Outside Sales / Technician Every day brings something different to American Pressure and no one knows that better than Chris, who repairs pressure steamers, installs new units and works directly with customers to find solutions to their problems. Alkota and Landa certified, our customers depend on Chris and his deep knowledge to learn about the proper use and maintenance of the variety of machines we carry and service. In his off time he is at home in tree house with a deer in his scope. |

SUSAN KILMEK, Inside Sales & Customer Follow Up Over the phone or in person you will find that Susan’s smile and laugh are contagious. She is a great resource for anything pressure washer or steamer related and always does a great job taking care of customers. Her background in marketing and work for non-profits has been a great addition to our team at American Pressure. |

EVAN O’SULLIVAN, Inside & Outside Sales Evan loves improving the customer experience in washing and dives deep into the details to make it happen. With over a decade of using pressure washers professionally he has a wealth of experience and knowledge and will suggest ways to make your equipment run easier and more comfortable all while achieving the cleaning you want. He goes the extra mile for each and every customer he works with. American Pressure is lucky to have him on our team! Away from the office you can find Evan enjoying the Mille Lacs area with his dog Gregg. |

KELLY EASTMAN, Inside Sales You will enjoy talking with Kelly, her get it done attitude and her follow through for customers is second to none. She spends the majority of her time working with customers who come in or call in. Her background in customer service and running food service on river boat cruises serves American Pressure customers well. She also serves co-workers well with her many deserts - hello banana pudding. Kelly is also quick to root for the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds. |

FRITZ WRIGHT, Municipalities & Sales Fritz is a great joy on the American Pressure team and would be glad to come and see you and understand how he can help with your needs. Existing customers will often hear Fritz on the phone or see him in person. He has a long history of successfully helping solve customer needs in a variety of industries and we are grateful he is at American Pressure to help our customers solve their needs. When not calculating PSI he's calculating batting averages to gain an advantage in his fantasy baseball league. He is also an avid woodworker making things out of his garage. |

He can share his firsthand experiences with the products and give you practical advice on how it can help improve your own operations. When he's not chasing cows away from property lines, and feeding the chickens, Eric is out coaching his kids travel basketball, baseball and golf teams. |
